Phillip Soven made it four out of five Pro Tour stops in 2007 to finish one of the most impressive runs in history. Joining Soven on the podium in Portland were Pro Women winner Shelby Kanter and Jr. Men winner Mitchell Langfield as the Pro Tour wrapped up the season with the fifth stop in Portland, Oregon. We asked you to pick the winners of the Pro Men, Pro Women and Jr. Men divisions to see who could get the most winners correct.
Nobody picked all three winners correctly, but several got two of the three podium finishers. So to determine who gets the prize package from Ronix and Billabong, as mentioned in the rules, we are forced to do a random drawing from those that got two out of three correct to determine the prognosticator that will take home this killer Danny Harf prize package...
And the big winner winner is...
Robbie Tait
We had a monster turnout for the last round of our 2007 Pro Tour Prognostication. Of the nearly 800 entries, 273 of you predicted Phillip Soven would win the Pro Men division, only six of you knew that Shelby Kantar would win the Pro Women division and 25 of you learned from your last Pro Tour Prognostication mistake and predicted that Mitchell Langfield would win the Jr. Men division.
That wraps things up for our Pro Tour Prognostication contest giveaways for 2007. Thanks for everybody's participation and a special thanks to the Pro Wakeboard Tour, Liquid Force, Ronix, Hyperlite and Billabong for all the great prizes. Don't forget to play again in 2008.
